We have a very good onsite conversion coupled with excellent customer offers, with straightforward tariffs designed to give clarity to consumers and make the decision process easy.
We are currently paying £35 per order for monthly phone contracts and £3.50 for each pay as you go order, £25 for the SIM only offering, £60 for contract Mobile Broadband and £25 for pay as you go mobile broadband.
We are also now paying 10% commission on all accessory sales - these will be reported in the main O2 Management Area.

Understanding Mobile Broadband
Mobile Broadband allows a customer with a laptop to access the Internet wherever and whenever they want.
The customer can connect to their laptop by using a USB Modem (sometimes called a “Dongle/Stick”), or via 7,500 Wi-Fi hotspots.
Please be advised that Mobile Broadband is available through the O2 Mobile programme and NOT the O2 Home Broadband programme.
Deeplinking
All O2 affiliates have access to the link engine in the Management Area which will help you create a deeplink for a particular page on the O2 website.
However please be aware that as Mobile Broadband sits within the O2 mobile programme, and not Home Broadband you must make sure to use the correct tracking links.

The O2 product feed will enable you to get accurate, content rich information, which will help you increase your conversions and ultimately sales and comprises of;
- Accurate up to data content, which is pulled directly from the O2 site on a daily basis
- Extremely detailed product information
- Phone and Tariff details, which allow the affiliate to promote the product based on either of these features
- The ability to deeplink to product pages to help improve the customer journey

PPC Terms
You are not allowed to bid on the term O2 and 0(zero)2, misspellings or derivatives on any of the search engines or on the Google content network.
The term O2 must be negatively exact matched on all PPC campaigns, across all search engines and on the Google content network.
Affiliates are allowed to bid on hybrid terms for example: o2 broadband o2 mobile o2 contract o2 money. Please note that if an affiliate is to bid on O2 Hybrid terms then they must be willing to adhere to any requests that O2 make. An example of this may be being ask to lower their bid in an attempt to drop the over cpc.
Under no circumstances are O2 and 0(zero)2 to be used in the primary domain, either in any paid listings advertising within the display url or purchased for use under your ownership/management e.g. www.02-mobile-phones.co.uk
It is permissible to use the brand within a subset of the primary domain i.e. www.yourdomain.co.uk/o2
Under no circumstances can O2â??s actual primary urls be used in any paid listings advertising as the display. Examples may include url www.o2.com www.o2.co.uk shop.o2.co.uk shop.o2.com o2.shop.co.uk money.o2.co.uk o2.shop.com nor are any urls which are confusingly similar and may mislead the customer that the ad is by O2. This includes any urls that O2 may use in the future when releasing new products or propositions.
Under no circumstances should affiliates direct link to O2 sites from any paid listings advertising or redirect traffic without a landing page being used.
Under no circumstances should affiliates use the termâ?? officialâ?? in paid listings advertising or any terminology which misleads the customer to think that they are viewing an ad directly from O2.
Affiliates found to be in breach of these rules will not have sales honored or have sales reversed and may be removed from the programme
