Terms and Conditions of Competitions

Below are the rules that apply to all buy.at competitions. In addition to these rules, there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual competitions. This will appear as a link on the relevant competition

The promoter of the competitions is Perfiliate Technologies Limited (CRN 03783384) whose registered office is at 68 Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8YW (‘Perfiliate’)

  1. The competitions are open to all registered users who are resident in the UK aged 18 or over except for employees of Perfiliate and their immediate family members, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of the competitions.
  2. By entering a competition you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not enter the competition.
  3. No purchase is required for entry into the competition.
  4. To enter a competition you must logon as a registered user and follow the competition instructions on the relevant page.
  5. You must ensure that the personal information you provided in the registration process is accurate and complete and contain your correct name, address and other requested details. For more information about how we deal with your personal information, please read our privacy policy
  6. The daily competitions will close at midnight on each day unless otherwise stated.
  7. Only one entry per person per competition can be accepted in any one day unless otherwise stated.
  8. In the event of a prize not being available, Perfiliate reserves the right to substitute an alternative of equal or higher value.
  9. The winner will be notified by e-mail and post at the address given in the ‘contact details’ within 5 working days of the closing date of the competition. Any member may check the results of the competition by logging into the website. If the winner cannot be contacted Perfiliate reserves the right to choose a substitute winner.
  10. The winner of the competition will be asked to confirm their postal address before prizes can be dispatched.
  11. Upon receipt of the above information Perfiliate will contact the winner in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.
  12. All winners hereby consent to the publication and use of their names [and/or photographs] by Perfiliate for the purposes of announcing the winner and for related promotional purposes.
  13. Prizes cannot be swapped, exchanged, varied or delayed. No cash alternative is available.
  14. Perfiliate reserves the right to cancel any competition for any reason.
  15. All decisions of Perfiliate in respect of the competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  16. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits Perfiliate's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. Perfiliate makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any of the prizes on offer. Perfiliate shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission of Perfiliate or its servants or agents in connection with the arrangement for supply or the supply of any goods by any person to the winner or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by Perfiliate.
  17. Perfiliate reserves the right at all times to vary or amend these terms and conditions. If Perfiliate do vary or amend these terms and conditions they will post any such variation or amendment on this web site. You should therefore regularly visit these pages to review the then current terms and conditions.
  18. Perfiliate shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the data contained in the competition, but makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the content of the competition.
  19. Perfiliate will not be liable to you for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure, traffic congestion or internet accessibility or availability including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the competition. Specifically Perfiliate does not warrant that this site, competition and other elements herein will be uninterrupted or error free.
  20. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law
  21. It is not intended that any of these terms and conditions will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person not a party to these terms and conditions.
  22. These terms and conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
